Job Title: Janitor Part-Time Day Shift Minimum of 24 hours per week
Where: Bangor/Keyport

Pay Rate: $14.22 per hour
Work Schedule: 6:00 am – 2:30 pm ~ Day Shift
Some weekend work may be required

Duties and Responsibilities:
Restroom cleaning, office cleaning, empting trash, restocking supplies, dusting, cleaning stairwells, cleaning showers, wet/dry mopping, sweeping, vacuuming and operating wet/dry vacuums. Driving to building locations may be involved and other duties as assigned. Floor experience (stripping, waxing, buffing) and window cleaning is a plus. Some weekend work may be required.
Physical Demands:
Must have ability to work effectively under pressure and maintain stamina to perform assigned duties. Will be required to use repetitive motion, reach, lift, kneel, walk, and stand for several hours at a time. Must be able to lift up to 45 lbs.
Driving Requirements:
Valid WA State Drivers license required. Must have a good driving record and be bondable by Skookum’s insurance carrier.
Experience Preferred:
6 months experience is preferred. Specialized vocational, technical or other formal training may be substituted for experience.
Security Requirements:
Must be a US citizen and must be able to obtain and maintain a Department of Defense Security Clearance. DOD clearance must be obtained within 12 months of employment.
