Duties and Responsibilities:
Responsible for the baling of all accepted recyclable materials, completing all maintenance on the baler / baling shed and filling out all necessary daily documentation. Safety awareness and customer service skill are a must. This person is also responsible for completing all tasks outside of their daily schedule and routine given to them by their supervisors. This person must be a team player and be willing to help out with other duties not described in their job description. This person will also operate other equipment required to complete their job and will be certified by Skookum.
Physical Demands:
This is a physically demanding job that requires the employee to stand for long periods of time. The employee will also be required to do heavy lifting, pushing and pulling of up to 100 pounds safely.
Requirements:
The employee must be able to follow directions, keep accurate documentation and operate a forklift. The employee must also be able to pass our strict background checks and have a valid WA driver’s license. This person is required to be safety conscious at all times.
