Job Title:                       Janitor – Part Time Day Shift  

Where:                           Port Townsend, WA  

Pay Rate:                       $8.07  per hour

Benefits:                        P/T benefits apply

Work Schedule:             2 open positions, 10 hours a week, P/T Days (8-10 am and 2-4 pm daily M-F)

Duties and Responsibilities:  

Carpet spotting, restroom cleaning, office cleaning, empting trash, restocking supplies,dusting, cleaning stairwells, wet/dry mopping, sweeping, changing office water,

vacuuming and operating wet/dry vacuums and any other duties as assigned.  Must be able to work independently most of the shift. Must also be able to work outside doing some gardening and weeding.

Physical Demands:     

Must have ability to work effectively under pressure and maintain stamina to perform assigned duties.  Will be required to use repetitive motion, reach, lift, kneel, walk, and stand for several hours at a time.  Must be able to lift up to 25lbs.

Driving Requirements: None

Experience Preferred:            

6 months of Janitorial experience preferred.  Specialized vocational, technical or other formaltraining may be substituted in part for experience.
